Local Ingredients From Day 1
Hi! We're Two Guys' Local Bites. We began in 2023 as a full service mobile food stand and catering company born from our passion for delicious food. On August 21st, 2024, we opened our brick and mortar location in Preston Hollow, NY. We've always been fans of the Hudson Valley - we grew up here. Here in the HV, we have great food, beverages, and people! For our concept, we wanted to make sure we could highlight this through our food. So we've teamed up with Hudson Harvest to offer delicious homeade recipes using local ingredients from local farms. You can taste the difference. Before we signed up to work with Hudson Harvest, we tested a bunch of family recipes. We knew they were delicious but we also knew they could be even better if we used local ingredients. So we transformed our recipes to use local meats, vegetables, and breads. It took our age-old recipes from delicious to unbelievable. So come taste it for yourself! We can't wait to see you.
